I am happy to report that the package arrived yesterday, all in good order. The chawan is, of course, even more lovely in person than in your excellent photos. What a beautiful bowl! The depth and richness of the biwa color is among the best I have seen and the texture is just as wonderful. There is much to be said for the stately, refined elegance of a classic Hagi chawan. Rest assured, it will be a treasured member of my pottery family! Thank you again for your fast response and shipping, careful packaging and excellent communication.
